Do you offer Returns for Online Orders?

We do not accept any returns or exchanges, All Sales are Final. Please make sure to double check your orders before placing them. Always double check your Size, Color, Quantity, etc.

If you purchased something in store with us, we do offer 30 Day Exchanges for our Store Products (Excluding Consignment) as long as the products are still unworn, new and with the proper tags.

 

When will my Order Ship?

Most orders will be prepared and shipped out within (3) business days after you have placed your order. Once it gets shipped out, you will receive an email with shipping details and tracking number. We ship most of our orders via USPS Priority Mail. Please be aware that if you have selected Ground Advantage Shipping, your order will take longer to arrive to you.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Domestic U.S. Customers typically receive their purchases within 3-5 business days after your order has been shipped. International customers usually receive their purchases within 7-10 business days after your order has been shipped (all depending on International Customs and potential delays).

 

Why was my order canceled?

There are several reasons for an order being canceled. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.

 

What do I do if I didn't receive my order?

In the circumstance that you never receive your order, there are two options that can occur:

If your tracking information states that your order was delivered but physically was not, you will need to contact the shipping company (Either USPS & UPS) and file a claim with them. Unfortunately, once we drop off your order with the shipping company, it is their responsibility to ensure you receive your order and we are no longer responsible for it.

 

In the circumstance where your tracking information states that your order was never delivered and is still "In Transit" or is "Lost", we will contact the shipping company for you and try to resolve the issue. If the we cannot resolve the issue, we will try to resend your order again or we will reimburse you.  

 

What is Consignment?

Consignment are all "hype" products like Supreme, BAPE, Anti Social Social Club, Yeezys, Jordans, etc., and many more products like such. With these products, when we say "consignment", it means that these products are brought in by our customers (Consigners) and legit checked. The Consigner sets the price they desire and we take a percentage from that price. 

 

Are your consignment items new or used?

All of our consignment items are brand new (Deadstock). We do not sell anything worn or used.

 

Are your consignment products real?

Yes, Fresh Society only sells products that are 100% Authentic. We go through varies legit checks to make sure that we are selling authentic and legit products. Rest assured your item is legit when you're shopping with us. 

 

Do I have to pay sales tax?

All California residents ordering Online must pay applicable Sales Tax. If you are purchasing online from outside of California, you are not subject to sales tax. You only pay the listed price for the item, plus shipping. If you are an international customer, you may be subject to additional fees, such as customs and duties, when your item arrives in your country. These fees are typically determined by your country’s receiving agencies are we have no control of such fees.
